Andrew suffered from periodontal problems leading to many loose teeth. The majority of the upper teeth were hopeless however some strategic back teeth could be maintained. The lower teeth received gum treatment and were maintained. After teeth were removed he received 6 implants to support a hybrid acrylic/ titanium bridge. He kept grinding his teeth at night while sleeping, so he also received a clear plate that protected his teeth from wear.
