679 Surgical Implant Guide A customised appliance that indicates the ideal location and angulation for the implant insertion based on radiographic evidence obtained usually from Conebeam CT.
691 Second stage surgery of two-stage endosseous implant – per implant Surgical access to the osseointegrated implant to attach a healing abutment usually 3 to 6 months after an implant is placed under submerged principles.
661 Fitting of implant abutment – per abutment Fitting of the final implant abutment or the replacement of an existing abutment.
671 Full crown attached to osseointegrated implant – non-metallic – indirect An artificial crown constructed of tooth-coloured material attached to an implant.
